These Terms of Service govern your use of PIQUE and any products or services purchased through trypiqueai.com. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. PIQUE is operated by Chad Dyar ("we," "us," "our").

1. Products and Services

PIQUE offers the following products:

PIQUE Assessment — Free AI-guided diagnostic tool. No purchase required.
The VAULT — One-time purchase. Digital documentation and reference library delivered via password-protected access page.
PIQUE Kit — One-time purchase. AI-guided four-phase activation sequence delivered via the PIQUE Guide interface.
PIQUE Pro — One-time purchase. PIQUE Kit plus async methodology review by Chad Dyar, delivered as a recorded walkthrough within 5 business days of Phase 2 completion.

2. Digital Products

All PIQUE products are digital. Upon purchase you receive access to digital content, AI-guided sessions, and/or documentation. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided via email within the timeframes specified at checkout or in the product description.

3. Account and Access

PIQUE does not require user accounts for the Assessment or VAULT. PIQUE Kit and PIQUE Pro access is delivered via a unique access link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your access link secure. Do not share it.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use PIQUE products for your own professional development and business building. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share VAULT content or Kit access with third parties
Use the PIQUE Guide or its outputs to build competing AI-guided diagnostics or products without written permission
Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any portion of the assessment, Guide, or VAULT

5. AI-Generated Content

The PIQUE Guide is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Outputs generated during your activation sessions are based on your inputs and the PIQUE methodology. You own the outputs from your sessions. PIQUE retains no rights to your proprietary methodology, offer content, or business materials extracted during activation.

6. Disclaimer

PIQUE products provide business strategy frameworks, methodology extraction tools, and educational content. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results vary. Past outcomes described in marketing materials are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIQUE and Chad Dyar are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PIQUE (operated by Chad Dyar) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use trypiqueai.com or purchase our products.

1. Information We Collect

Assessment data: When you complete the PIQUE Assessment, we collect your name, email address, and assessment responses (answers to screener and diagnostic questions). This data is stored in Supabase and used to generate your archetype result and build sequence.

Purchase data: When you purchase a product, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment information. We receive your name and email from Stripe upon successful purchase. We do not store payment card data.

Kit activation data: During PIQUE Kit or Pro activation, the PIQUE Guide collects information about your expertise, methodology, and business context. This is stored in your buyer record in Supabase and used to personalize your activation.

Usage data: We may collect basic analytics (page views, assessment completion rates) via PostHog. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics unless you complete the email gate.

2. How We Use Your Information

Deliver the products and services you purchased
Send transactional emails (access links, purchase confirmations)
Send nurture emails relevant to your archetype result (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Improve the assessment and activation methodology
Respond to support inquiries

3. Email Communication

By completing the assessment email gate, you agree to receive PIQUE emails including your results and a follow-up nurture sequence. By purchasing a product, you agree to receive transactional and product-related emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Supabase — database and storage (assessment and buyer data)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
ConvertKit — email marketing and nurture sequences
Anthropic — AI processing during Guide sessions (see Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com)

5. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained indefinitely to support your archetype record and any future product access. Kit activation data is retained for the duration of your active access. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing chad@trypiqueai.com.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email chad@trypiqueai.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for site function. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

8. Children

PIQUE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Refund Policy

All PIQUE products are digital. Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, we have a limited refund policy. Please read before purchasing.

The VAULT — $297

The VAULT is a digital documentation library. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the access credentials have been delivered to your email.

Exception: If you purchase and do not receive your access email within 24 hours, contact chad@trypiqueai.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

PIQUE Kit — $1,997

PIQUE Kit includes both access to the PIQUE Guide (AI activation) and a significant amount of setup work done on your behalf before your first session. Refunds are available as follows:

Before intake is submitted: Full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 48 hours of purchase.
After intake, before Phase 1: 50% refund ($998.50).
After Phase 1 begins: No refund. You have received substantive value from the activation.

PIQUE Pro — $4,997

PIQUE Pro includes PIQUE Kit plus Chad's async review time. The same Kit refund schedule applies. Additionally:

The async review fee ($3,000 of the $4,997 total) is non-refundable once the recorded methodology review has been delivered.
If the review has not yet been delivered and you request a refund, the Kit portion follows the Kit schedule above; the review fee is fully refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email chad@trypiqueai.com with your name, purchase email, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your access to all PIQUE products will be immediately suspended. Please reach out directly — we're easy to work with.
